The ClearPath Immigration Board of Directors governs the organization by establishing broad policies and objectives, selects, appoints, and reviews the performance of the chief executive, and accounts to corporate stakeholders for the organization’s performance. Michael J. Petrucelli
Michael Petrucelli served as Acting Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) after previously working for two years as Deputy Director. Most recently, Mr. Petrucelli was Vice President of Government Affairs for GridPoint, Inc. In that position was responsible for engaging federal, state, and international policymakers, representing the company in a variety of policy forums, and undertaking government-wide initiatives to raise awareness of the company’s capabilities.
Prior to holding positions at USCIS, Mr. Petrucelli was Senior Vice President for Operations and Chief of Staff of the Export-Import Bank of the United States. He has also worked on economic and business issues at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and has extensive experience promoting U.S.-Asia trade relations, serving as Executive Director of the U.S.-Thailand Business Council, and as Director for Thailand, Burma and Financial Services at the U.S.-ASEAN Business Council. As a U.S. State Department Foreign Service Officer from 1992 to 1996, Mr. Petrucelli was assigned to the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand, the Bureau of Intelligence & Research, and the U.S. Consulate General, Netherlands Antilles.
Mr. Petrucelli holds a master’s degree in business administration from Goizueta Business School, Emory University, and also studied international business in the MBA program at Nijenrode University in the Netherlands. Mr. Petrucelli also holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Trinity College.
John Frankel
Mr. Frankel has more than 21 years of experience at Goldman, Sachs & Co. during which he held a variety of roles that involved technology development, reengineering, and capital markets. His primary focus is helping early stage companies deploy lightweight disruptive business models to become the low cost player in their respective market. Prior to Goldman, Sachs, he started his business career with Arthur Anderson & Co. in the audit and insolvency divisions.
Mr. Frankel was an early stage investor and director of Quigo Technologies, Inc. which was purchased by AOL in December 2007, and has served on a number of boards including Alerts.com, StongTech, The Goldman Sachs Trust Company, Patents.com and Track.com.
Peter L. Corsell
Peter L. Corsell is Chairman and founder of GridPoint, an established leader in the clean tech industry. M.I.T.’s Technology Review has recognized Mr. Corsell as one of the world’s top innovators under age 35 and the World Economic Forum named him a Young Global Leader in 2010.
Mr. Corsell founded GridPoint in 2003 to fuel the widespread adoption of energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies. He served as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer from 2003 until 2010. Today, GridPoint delivers a broad range of smart grid, energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions to enterprises, governments and electric utilities, enabling reduced energy costs, increased operating efficiencies and improved environmental performance. The World Economic Forum selected GridPoint as a Technology Pioneer in 2008, and the company has been featured in several books including “Hot, Flat and Crowded” by Thomas L. Friedman.
Mr. Corsell was Chairman of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Sustainable Energy (2008-2009) and is a founding member of the Electrification Coalition, a nonpartisan organization committed to the mass deployment of electric vehicles as imperative to U.S. national security. Mr. Corsell is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Clinton Global Initiative. He serves on the boards of ClearPath, a leading immigration software company, and the Wolfsonian Museum in Miami Beach, Florida. Early in his career Mr. Corsell served with the U.S. State Department in Havana, Cuba and as a political analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency. He holds a B.S.F.S. from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
Manuel "Manny" Kadre
Manny Kadre is currently the Chief Executive Officer of GC Caribbean Importers, LLC, the company that imports, distributes and markets Corona beer and other Grupo Modelo products in the Caribbean region. For the past 15 years, Mr. Kadre has served as a senior executive, board member and shareholder of a number of beverage and automotive companies where he has played a key leadership role in acquisition and buyout activities, investment sourcing, resource allocation, asset oversight, company administration and led the organization, structuring and financing of the companies’ acquisitions. In addition, as the result of a merger involving the companies’ automotive division, Mr. Kadre also serves in an executive role with AutoNation, Inc., a publicly traded Fortune 500 company headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Additionally, Mr. Kadre is a shareholder, advisor and board member in a number of energy, healthcare and real estate related companies.
Mr. Kadre serves as a Director of MEDNAX, a publicly trading company that is one of the nation’s leading providers of neonatal, maternal, fetal and pediatric physician subspecialty and anesthesia physician services. He also serves as Director of Crown Imports, LLC, a Chicago-based joint venture that imports, distributes, and markets the Modelo portfolio and other fine beer brands throughout the entire United States. Crown Imports is a 50-50 joint venture between Grupo Modelo, Mexico’s leading company in the brewing, distribution, and sale of beer, and Constellation Brands, Inc., a leading international alcohol beverage producer, importer, and marketer.
Mr. Kadre also serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the University of Miami Board of Trustees, the Board of Governors of University of Miami Hospital in South Florida, the Federal Judicial Nominating Commission (President Barack Obama and President George W. Bush Administrations), the Florida Eleventh Judicial Circuit Nominating Commission (Governor Charlie Crist and Governor Jeb Bush Administrations), the Southern District of Florida Federal Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel, and the Orange Bowl Committee. In addition, he has served on Florida Governor Crist’s Transition Team, Miami Children’s Hospital Board of Trustees, Knight Foundation Advisory Board, Board of Directors of Florida Free Trade Area of the Americas, Miami International Airport Blue Ribbon Aviation Panel, Florida Self-Insurers Guaranty Association, Chairman of the United Way Alexis de Tocqueville Society, and a member of the Coral Gables Planning and Zoning Board. Mr. Kadre has been a co-recipient of the Pro Bono Service Award from the Florida Supreme Court.
After receiving his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University, Mr. Kadre served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Federico Moreno, Chief United States District Judge, Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the bar in Florida and New York. Mr. Kadre resides in Coral Gables, Florida with his wife and two children.
